Any reason to switch between Kmeaw/Rebug and TB firmwares? ...and can I prevent PS3 updates?

How do you use Cobra or TB without a usb device, you don't mean you dont use a USB dongle(s) right? If so let me know the secret of using Cobra and/or TB w/o a dongle. Also, I mentioned the flasher as a downgrade method if he accidentally upgraded firmware, so Cobra/TB downgrades as well? ok.

Only difference I notice between the two and yes I do switch occasionally depending on what main game im playin at the time is on tb cfw I can't get psx disc backups to boot in multiman. In kmeaw no problem plus much faster initial boot up and it seems to me be more stable but then again you need TB if you wanna play new games

Best of all once you do this it disables any online updates from the system so a spoofer isn't needed. I use Cobra for PS1/2 games, TBv2 (never had a single problem) for most stuff, and when I need to activate PSN I use regular rebug as it works way better then Rebug TB or TB CFWv2.

I notice on your post that it says you have rebug but your tb is 2.7? I thought Rebug TB only allows upto 2.4? Can you tell me how you managed to get 2.7 to work on rebug tb?
