Is this true ? I have read that it is not possable to make a demo / kiosk ps3 3.56 or above a full blown retail ps3

I have a slim ps3 model 2001 on the way from ebay, sellers listing says it is on 3.60 to 3.66 , i guess he has multiple for sale but all are lower than 4.20

That was almost 2 years ago, has anything changed ?

I have searched for demo / kiosk to retail guide and have found no guides for anything above 3.55

i guess i will try to update the ps3 kiosk to 4.20 and use the 4.20 reverter from that link you supplied, if the 4.20 link is a reverter i noticed the 2.70 , 4.23, and 4.30 say reverter next to them and the other links dont

can i update my 3.60/3.66 kiosk ps3 to ofw 4.20 or is there some kind of kiosk ofw 4.20 that i need to find before I use a reverter pup?

I would think you should be able to update straight to the reverter of choice, if it is higher than what you are on now.

But if you want to be sure you should ask tjhooker73. He is very knowledgeable about those pups. I have never had to use one.

That makes since

i paid for e3 flasher eu edition a week ago from each game and it is still unshipped

and now e3 flasher wont show up in there search

i messaged them, im thinking about buying from someone else and telling them not to send it or it will be refused unless they email me back today or tomorrow and tell me they are shipping it
