Never Buy Progskeet 1.2 !!!!

okay heyy every body ... i recently bought a progskeet 1.2.. i have used injectus to program with the newest bitstream .. after a pain installing the wires .. everything was simply fine .. ps. if u having troubels with progskeet not seen or recognized on ur pc u must program the newest bitstream and then install the drivers .. then i've lunched the winskeet to test if there were shorts well it told me there were shorts i was perfectly sure that the wires was okay and not tall at all .. my nor was a samsung QI4D.. the i have power the nor using ps3 power supply .. no shorts found !! then i went to dump CFI ! but it tells me an error
i tried to dump the nor .. it dumped all went well .. perfect dump !

then i've pathced the dump (rogero bricked) to write the nor but i had no luck .. the problem seems in the bit stream is not complete to dump the cfi .. so we can write the nor anw.. i wanted to warn every body in the scene..

Have they ironed out the problems yet? I'm looking to downgrade my CECHE and I can't find anywhere that has the 1s or 1.1s. And Google searches have turned up month old posts only

hi, have just done a cechc with a progskeet 1.2 was prob the most annoying thing i have ever done, first not much support for the progskeet, I used the latest bitsteam and yet it would not dump both nands with them both connected to the progskeet at the same time. The only way i could do it was to solder both nands to the progskeet separately make my dumps and then wire each one separately back to the progskeet to flash back the patched firmware, it also took forever to flash each chip and prob 10 goes for each chip till i got the message nothing left to flash, i have downgraded other ps3's before but not as hard as this one, if you follow baileys tut you can not go to far wrong.

Thanks for the info how do you suggest I move forward then considering I can't find a progskeet 1 or 1.1 it seems norms areeasier to find ddown graders for lol

if you really want to downgrade you can use the progskeet 1.2 just be ready in case you hit any problems along the way, but hopefully it will go smooth for you.

+1, cant find a v1.0 or v1.1 anywhere, everything I have read says stay away from the 1.2 though I am new to this and dont [I]fully[I] understand what the problem is or when it will be resolved. I dont mind spending some time on it but not sure how to resolve problems I may run into considering I am rather new to this. Currently trying to downgrade an A01 to 3.55

if you really want to downgrade you can use the progskeet 1.2 just be ready in case you hit any problems along the way, but hopefully it will go smooth for you.

I feel like if I got one id have nothing but issues, I think it'd be a lot easier to see if there's anyone in the WA area who has the means of downgrading a nand ps3

Any idea when the bitstreams will come out of beta or where I can keep an eye on it? poked through the progskeet forums but i didnt really see anything posting milestones or anything along that line, though I may have missed it or seen it and not fully understood thats what it was
