Ok so the error your getting is failed to initialize ps3 bios.
Which could be a few things. Either not waiting long enough for ps3 to boot as ps3 is using nor flash
Or most common is clip or linker is not seated correctly. Have you filed down clip on side. Basically on some ps3 consoles there's a small transistor situated right near to the nor flash chip. This stops the clip from being seated correctly
The clip may feel like its seated correctly but the error your getting days otherwise
So you need to file down the side on the clip that's sits next to this transistor so it seats correctly.
I would if also said your clip is damaged but if you've tried other clips with same result then I would say its not clip.
Try filing clip but be careful not to go too close to the contacts on the clip.
What I tend to do instead of filing is get a sharp Stanley knife and carefully cut the full side of the clip. Just cut small box shape out of the clip where the transistor sits. Just enough so the transistor no longer hampers the clip but fits snugly
