Need to downgrade? Anyone in the UK??

Hi there!

I have Fat PS3 160gb CECHP03 that has 4.30 OFW.
From checking the downgrade compatibility list it was shipped with 2.50 OFW.

Does anyone know or can recommend someone in the UK who can flash/downgrade this for me??
I'm in West Yorkshire and would be great if there is somewhere I can go local.
