Need to downgrade? Anyone in the Toronto??

Hi there!

I have Fat PS3 60gb that has 4.30.

Does anyone know or can recommend someone in the Toronto who can flash/downgrade this for me??
I'm in east side of toronto and would be great if there is somewhere I can go local.
I will even pay for the services.
