And, was just wondering if there was any way to jailbreak it. Since I updated it to 4.00 not to long ago, I don't know if there is a way to downgrade it but that's why I'm asking anyone on here if there is a way?

This has been answered countless times all over the site, and others. The simple answer is yes BUT only if you buy some extra hardware and have decent soldering skills. I'm not being mean or anything but if you are unable to of found the answer already online then I would suggest you wait until a new CFW arrives (if ever) and don't try disassembling your ps3 let alone installing an E3 or similar, they're not exactly plug and play and I have seen several posts of people who have killed their PS3 because they didn't really know what they were doing.
If you have fitted modchips and alike before then sorry for my assumptions and I wish you luck, check out modchip retailers that are in or ship to your country, there are some banners on the homepage and google will point you to many more

Thank you, and sorry for the trouble. I guess I will just wait, until a new CFW arrives then.
