    Solution: You need to make sure your clip is connecting properly. Put some foam or soft rubber on top of the clip so when you close it up, some extra pressure is there

    Edit: Sorry fantazar I didn't see your post.
    That error(10001100) means "Failed to initialize PS3 BIOS", there's some info about e3 error's here: E3 - PS3 Development Wiki , that usually means that the nor clip isn't set properly, you should take the console apart again to re-fit the clip then only put it back together partially, only with the heat sink in place and all the cords connected so if it doesn't work again you can quickly try again.
    Also have a look at the connectors inside the clip to see if they look like they aren't bent out of place or anything, if they dont look good then I wouldn't use it.

    well i was with my friend and i already did that .and ever replaces with another Clip .anyway we will try out later and post the results .
