make a dump right now and compare it with what you flashed. should be identical. if thats the case then you have other problems. (bad dump, faulty hardware)
i personally dont use the sata station to downgrade the ps3 because i have encountered problems with the esata connections on some e3 flashers.

did you by chance remove the tristate/ground wire after flashing? you will need to remove this wire after flashing to allow the ps3 to boot. thats why its best just to solder sbe to tristate, then you can easily flip the first switch down to allow the ps3 to boot.
