E3 Flasher Best Places To Buy From

I have a master card bank card and a master card paypal account card

I used the bank card when I paid here at "eachgame.com" because they dont take paypal a week later i had to dispute the charges and it is a pain the ass cause unlike clicking a button with paypal i have to drive to the bank

im currently waiting for oz3ds to ship, i also paid them with bank card and not looking forward to disputing because they are doing me just like eachgame

If i buy again it is going to be from someone that takes paypal because it seems no one want to sell you a e3 flasher and actually ship it to you

and now im just in limbow , cant seem to get a e3 flasher just pay people for one and never hear from them again

please help

I bought from eachgame.com and then they removed the e3 flasher from their website, after 7 days they had not shipped it so i told them not to ship it and i refused the charges, it will probably take several weeks to get my money back

I bought from oz3ds.com, it has been 5 days ago that i paid and started emailing them, status of item still says payment accepted meaning not shipped and they will not answer emails to sales@oz3ds.com and the email they have listed in there help section oz3ds@hotmail.com no longer works... Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Modchipcentral.com no longer accepts paypal but they are pretty quick to answer emails
The guy there wanted my paypal ID, I gave it to him and he sent me a invoice

but i got a error message probably because it is a paypal master card saying that it did not go thru
i was suprised to get a email saying that it did go thru a few minutes later
the charge shows up as pending inside my paypal account
i am waiting to see if it is going to say complete or expired , it will probaly say expired in a few days im not going to wait on it because it gave error at check out

After 6 days from when they got paid $94 and no tax with free shipping plainly stated on their web site here ... E3 flasher-100% solderless - Oz3Ds.com

Now they have a tiny icon to small to read that says free shipping with two or more items, i think thats what it says it is to small to read

When i paid 6 days ago it was not there and right next to where it says $94.00 tax incl, it also said free shipping in red letters, now they have changed the ad and want $35 more.

I told them that im going to the bank and posting on here about how they treated me, as not to let anyone here that reads this to not get done like this by oz3ds.com

I noticed that you ordered the E3 flasher limited and the payment is received.
but there is one problem that the E3 flasher limited is too heavy and expensive for the Registered Airmail to ship.

So there are two ways to solve the problem

1 Add 35 USD, and the item will be shipped by DHL, only 3-5 business days will be taken.
2 Change the item into E3 NOR Flasher, so it can be shipped by freeshipping (registered airmail), then the left amount will be refunded.

would you pls tell us which way you prefer?

Oh, thanks for sharing your story with us. I found another good place by accident. I went to e3-forum and there listed 3 trusted sellers. Then I chose the first one gamezway. It does not disappoint me. Free shipping and works great.

i picked the worst time of the year to buy, and had 3 places keep my money for alomost 3 weeks with out shipping

even modchip central stopped emailing me once i sent the payment, modchipcentral responded fast to all email until the day that they got my money but once they got the payment i did not hear from them for a week, and i could not get any responce about them refunding me until i sent a message to them that if they dont respond to my emails or refund my money that i was going to program web bots to use elite proxies from all over the world to place non stop orders on the website, then i got the refund the same day:D

so yea i had the worst luck

3 places i paid for the e3 flasher and 3 places that never shipped or responded to emails for 6 or more days after payment recieved

the place i did buy from ended up coming from china super slow slow free shipping, i could of paid extra and had faster shipping but i wasnt even expecting them to take paypal, and after all the hell the other places put me thu i was glad just to get someone that emailed me after i paid them and gave me a traking number

i think that the most difficult part of downgrading my ps3 is always going to be dealing with the crap that those first 3 places put me thru just to get a e3 flasher

aliexpress is alot like ebay and this actually make the sellers want to treat you right, that is why i recomend it to others, seller has a feedback scrore he wants to keep close to 100%, and you could pay for faster shipping , i wished i would of paid extra for fed ex or ups but i was freaking out because i couldnt believe how i was being treated by eachgame.com, oz3ds.com, and modchipcentral.com

they just changed the page, when i looked the other day none of that information was there, now they have pictures and description

all i know is it should of been something easy just buying a e3 flasher and the seller ship it to you but over and over sellers kept screwing me

im still waiting on my e3 flasher so its like everyday those first 3 sellers are still screwing me because they made me desperate and bought from someone with free shipping

if i could do it again i would of bought from 10 places and kept the first one that got to me in the mail and refused all the others, i would of got refund on the purchases i refused and i could of screwed all the sellers that took forever to ship

all the sllers that screwed me i still hate them and im going to overload their websites with a constant stream of never ending orders from web bots and elite proxies just to screw with them like they screwed with me

the reason why captcha are everywhere is to stop people like me from doing this so if they are to cheap to use the captcha service and go around screwing people over then its their own fault for screwing people over and being cheap
