E3 Flasher 4 piece sufficient successfully to downgrade ?

ok i didnt want to have to make a new thread about this but ive posted in half a dozen related threads with no response. There are three separate questions please answer them all tyvm to all who reply with helpful assistance.

Concerning NOR Flasher chips is the E3 11 piece "Limited" NOR Flasher package completely necessary?!?
OR can downgrading be completed successfully with the 4 piece E3 NOR Flasher kit ?? ??

Is the only disadvantage to the 4 piece set the hassle of swamping internal hard drives??

no you don't need the limited edition to downgrade you can do if off the cheaper kit, but i could not buy an external sata dock for the price difference so i bought the limited edition and have found the sata dock very useful for the little extra cost.
you do get a couple of other bits as well but i did not use them either.
