I have CFW 4.21 and I need to downgrade before updating to rogero cex 4.30.
I downloaded the file 4.25 to 3.55 for downgrade and when i try to install it, I always get this error: the data is corrupted(8002f...)
When I install from recovery mode some problem.

The downgrade CFW should be installed from XMB. Try using different flash drive and don't forget to make sure that MD5 matches. I solved it this way

Dude, I'm not an expert in this stuff. I just gave you general advice because I successfully downgraded twice using the XMB way but never the Recovery one.

It seems that you shouldn't have gone to recovery while on 4.30. I also heard that formatting HDD while on 4.30 could cause the same error.

I'm sorry but you might have a semi-brick.

I hope someone can share a solution.

    Good luck

    Edit:
The Rebug downgrade PUP might work in your case, but be careful, I'm not responsible for anything that might happen. Try on your own risk!

See this link, it's at the very bottom named "REBUG 3.55.3 '999' DOWNGRADER".

REBUG 3.55.3 and 4.21.1 REX EDITIONS and ’999′ DOWNGRADER | Codename: REBUG

You will need to dehash after downgrading. You can find a dehashing tutorial in the forum.
