Downgrade 4.10 to 3.55 without E3?

Hey guys, i was wondering if there's any way to downgrade form 4.10 to 3.55 without E3 card, because i saw at psdowngrader that it could be downgraded with a normal USB.. is that true? Is that works?

nope...that is not true...least not that i've read....you have to have a flasher in order to downgrade from 4.10 to 3.55

nope not possible with usb on 4.10 you can only downgrade 4.10 4.11 3.60 3.70 etc with E3 ,progskeet flasher
