Yes. E3 flasher or progskeet. As long as the PS3 shipped with 3.55 or less.

How would you exactly do this? i have a ps3 fat on 3.72 and a progskeet v 1.1 with all the accessories.

Yes. After you downgrade your firmware to 3.55.
