    Hi all,

I've had my PS3 for some time and its been a while since I first heard about the first wave of jailbreaks. I thought to myself the other day, as i'm currently unemployed... oh yes the ps3 can do something great these days... but how i'm not so sure. .

I just ran minverchk pup and it says the lowest firmware I can downgrade to is 3.4.

Now, what firmware do I want to downgrade to? And how exactly can I achieve it if its even possible, I may be running too new a firmware?? Appreciate any assistance you can offer me!

You would need to downgrade to 3.55 first with a hardware flasher. You need a E3 flasher or progskeet.
