I even have contacted Rebug Team members: EvilSperm & Cyberskunk to talk about adding Rebug 3.41.2 support to the manager.
Then I have made some tests with Rebug 3.41.2 and here's what I have found:
Test #1 :
On first startup, I didn't install or load any Rebug payload, I saw the package included but i didn't use it, I just installed Rogero Manager v8.3, plugged in my USB drive, the manager loaded the built in Hermes v4 fine, I launched the Game "Heroes over Europe" which have 1 Big/Split-file, it asked me about caching the Files, I chose Yes, then it finished caching the file in some minutes and I was playing it fine from the external USB HDD.
Test #2 :
I restarted the PS3 and this time loaded the payload included with Rebug 3.41.2 which is "Hermes v4c rebugged" then started RM8.3, launched the same game & also worked fine.
Test #3 :
I restarted the PS3 again to clear the payload from memory, I launched RM8.3, changed the default payload from Hermes v4 to PL3, restarted again, PL3 was loaded fine and the game normally didn't run with a message about changing the payload to Hermes.
Test #4 :
Restarted the PS3, started RM8.3, changed the payload back to Hermes, restarted again, the built in Hermes was loaded and the game worked fine.
so my Suggestions to you are:
1- re-download the manager from the link on the first page to make sure you have the latest & correct version that supports Rebug CFWs (the link was updated today with minor fixes about the progress bar function)
2- if possible, install a fresh copy of Rebug 3.41.2 and use it without running any Rebug payload, just use the manager and the built in payload.
