Rogero Manager v8.5 Solar Edition

Does anyone know how to play Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands on Rogero Manager 7.9c, i just get a black screen (tried it with and out a disc).
I also tried Fix Permission but it didn't do anything.

"Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands" is one of the games known not working when loaded with a Backup Manager, there's also "Tomb Raider Underworld" and "Call of duty Modern Warfare 2" and others...
You can still manage to run them from XMB with the Eboot.bin editing method, you edit the Eboot.bin of the game and change all entries for "bdvd" to "hdd0\Folder_of_your_choice" and most of them works this way.

Guys.... i hit a brick wall with rogero 7.9c ...... when i play my backups.. it reinstalls the trophies.. when i resync... i think they will come back... but thanks to sony.. i cant!

and also im having trouble with Red dead redemption... bles00680...

Do you mean the method making it think its a psn game? if so where do i get de eboot that i need to start this game?

I've had very good luck with most games using v7.9c and now I want to further my learning curve by editing the EBoot.bin so I can get MW1, MW2 and COD World at War working instead of d/ling it. Is there a tutorial that's noob friendly that someone can post a link to? I looked at the EBOOT repository thread 1st page but that tutorial is useless.

Games I've tested discless and running great so far:
Resistance 2
Nascar '08 and '09
Motorstorm
F1 Championship (will be testing F1 2010 soon)
COD3
Tested COD B. Ops and runs great but needs a disc inserted.

Ran out of disc space and will be upgrading soon, Thanks for the great manager Rogero and keep up the good work!!

I have a question, is it possible to load split games? I have GT5 backed up to my external butcant get it to load. Is my only option is to launch internal?

Also, just a feedback.. v7.8 never froze on me but the latest v7.9c stealth froze my ps3 today. Had to do a power off from the back.

GT5 can only be run from internal, the split files must be joined again for the game to work...

F1 2010 works fine Diskless and from internal only, tested here

I just tried to play Virtua Tennis 09, but it doesn´t work for me. Blackscreen and PS3 crashes when i wan´t to start the game.
Haven´t tested other Managers yet though.

All the other games seem to work fine so far! Great work!

Virtua Tennis 09 also had problems before on 3.41
