Rogero Manager v8.4 - How to run 3.6+ games with it?

Hi guys!

I have been using Gaia for quite some time and I just got some new games (Cars 2, shift 2, mortal kombat, dirt 3) and some of them require 3.60 FW to play them.

So, I decided to give Rogero Manager a try. I currently have the 3.55 Kmeaw CFW installed.

When trying to run the game (Cars 2), Rogero asked if I wanted to change it so that it can run in 3.55. But then when I try to run the game, I get an error.
Btw, I am using a legit game in the bd drive.

Is there something else that I can try so Cars 2 can run? (and prolly any other game that requires FW above 3.55)

I don't know what to do..

The problem is not with Rogero or other Backup Managers.

You just can't play FW3.60 games on 3.55 FW or below (whether it's Official FW or CFW). The only handful of 3.60 games that can be played are those that the Game Developers themselves release a 3.55 patch (due to their mistake or ignorance or other reasons).

That transition period is now over and the Developers now have the 3.60 SDK and have taken stock of the situation. It's unlikely we will be able to play any New games on 3.55 FW again, unless a new CFW for 3.60 or above is released.

so the keyword that i should look for is 3.55 path for the games that i currently have that require 3.6+?

Is there a website where theres a list of those patches? That would be awesome =)

Here is what I do X... First, I open up the game's param.sfo after I backup the game, and see if it says 3.56 or lower. If it says 3.56, I go to the second step. Second, I use this tutorial to create me own fix. Third, I switch the files (I always keep the original too !!!) and start the game

And if it says higher, I look around for a fix.
