Need help with Rogero payloads (I know I'm retarded and it's probably simple)

I installed the Rogero manager 8.4 for Rebug and it says that no payload is found. I used to use an older version and never had a problem with it. Everywhere I look on the net says that it is built in but I can't figure it out. I don't remember having to install a payload separately for the older version, but I was thinking it was removed for legal reasons. Can anyone point me where to look for the files or at least a good google search term and I'll go from there and a path to install them when I do find them if it's not in pkg format

Thanks, that fixed it. I don't know what the problem was and I know it was a stupid question. Had to have been something wrong with the 8.4 rebug install pkg
