As we wind down 2011 there is still about a week left to vote for the December PSX-Scene contest. The race for the 2 runner up prizes is really tight so be sure to get your votes in and support your favorite entries. 3 Prizes again this month. $150 for the winner and $50 each for the next 2 highest vote getters.

3 days left in the last PSX-Scene contest for 2011. It's looking like CrashSerious has the top spot all locked up but the race for the 2 runner up spots is really going to come down to the wire. With only a couple of days left make sure you show your support for your favorite entries as every vote is going to make a difference this month. The prizes this month are $150 for the winner and $50 each for the next 2 highest vote getters.

For the January contest we are going to make a change and switch things up a little bit. There will still be 3 prizes in the same amounts ($150, $50 and $50) however we are going to separate out homebrew games. All homebrew game submissions will be in their own category and only compete against other game entries. Hopefully this will encourage more people to submit their own games knowing that they won't be competing against apps/hacks etc. Let us know your thoughts on the change for January.

Just wanted to make sure everyone saw that we are going to have a separate category for homebrew games in the January contest so that way you are only competing against other games and not apps/hacks or whatever else.....

2011 is now behind us and its time to turn our attention to 2012. But before we do that we need to announce the winner of the last PSX-Scene monthly contest for 2011. We had a ton a great submissions again and the race for the 2 runner up prizes came right down to the wire. The winner of the December contest is CrashSerious and his submission unsig - a SIG File Decrypter--- and re-crypter. The 2 runner up prizes go to ThatOtherPerson for his Cherophobe v1.0 and NP for his Showtime Plugin Pack + Sources .
