i dont have Usb Hard Drive But i have Usb Device and i have OPS2loader 0.8v can i play games ?

Yes you can as long as the games fit on the device and OPL can recognize it. You just need to add a CD and DVD folder into the device and rename the games in a certain way.

That is everything you need to know about installing the games. If the USB device you are using can't load the games, you may just want to get a USB HDD or flash drive.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the ISO's cannot be fragmented or they will not load off the USB drive.
