What CFW should I get if I want to play my games online? Currently on 3.55

Is Rebug the one and if so, it only says 4.21 but isn't OFW 4.31 now? Little help on what I should do? I would like to go online and I'm currently on 3.55.

Also - with whatever CFW you guys tell me to upgrade to, will my current backups (with modified 3.55 eboots) work? Or do I need to reextract my originals?

Go with Rebug.. it is 4.21 but it's spoofed to 4.31 and works online great. and Yes you will either need to replace the eboots with originals or resign them to 4.2 with the eboot tool on front page.

Anyways I told 2 other guys this and I will tell you the same thing. It isnt wise to go online without the actual game "which you don't have" because all information dealing with your PSN activity is going straight to Sony. You can go online for a month fine before BAM your console is banned.

Even if you do update in the future to OFW your console is banned FOREVER. If you wanna play pirated games offline that's cool and all but I wouldn't risk my console being banned from PSN in the near future.

The best advice I can give you is wait for 3K3Y to come out. Buy the game you wanna play online and play it with 3K3Y backups offline and buy the games you want for multiplayer online.

If you wanna be a badass and go online then to answer your question 4.21 rebug should work I think there is a PSN enabler but idk you should go online fine with most games but you have been warned
