You may have to apply that patch to a fresh backup if you used an older non-working patch. If you can't make a clean rip easily then follow the directions as best you can in that info and if you still get the spinning ring (loading screen) then you need to copy it from internal to external or vice versa. The Uncharted series is pretty well known for drag and stuttering. That is the correct patch. You just need to figure out the best place to play the game from
