I am running True Blue 2.5 CFW 3.55. All my other games I backup play fine with a game in PS3 except this one. All my backups are on external HD. I tried discless and with disc in with same error. I run with latest version of Multiman. I checked the forum and internet and can't seem to find a fix. It's an older title so I don't know why I'm getting this error code. My copy of Ratchet and Clank: "A Crack in Time" and Lost Planet 2 were both made around 2009 about the same time Prototype did. They work with no problems. Any advice would be helpful. It came out on older firmware so I doubt an e-boot fix will correct the problem. Thanks.

haven't played that one since going to TB. Using BLUS30148 version. Just loaded it up from external using latest multiman. Didn't use select+x. Booted up asked to download and install update (22 megs). Did that and is playing fine. Try deleting the game data in the game data menu and try again. Also might be a glitch. Turn off your ps3, make sure your tb is inserted (mine is in the far left slot, external drive in the right slot), go directly into multiMAN, load game and launch from the disc icon. Were you on 3.41 before going to TB firmware?

I didn't install update. Is it required? There was nothing in game data utility for the game. I used Ext game data option in Multiman. Prior to TB I was on CFW 3.55 Kmeau. I have ripped several of my older games with not a problem. Thanks.

Turn off external game data option. It doesn't work for all games
