I have a question Iwhen I was on 3.41 I had smackdown vs raw raw 2011 and I used the demon method to get it on my xmb and when I went to 3.55 ofw and could still play the game because it was on the xmb I was wandering if the same Principles apply when upgrading to 3.70?

No, because 3.56+ has a whitelist for apps that run from XMB.
