PROBLEMS THAT YOU ARE PROBABLY SICK OF BUT MUST ASK

Hey every one i no by now everyone must be sick of answering questions like this
but i hope you can stay patient one more time.

i am on rogero 4.21 and i am trying to get batman arkham city working and i keep getting black screen
all my other games work fine even 3.55 patched ones

here's what ive tried i have made sure that i set bd mirror in game setting for external hdd
I have tried select + x i have even updated in game setting still no luck by the way the game is BLES00926
I made sure not to have 2 usb in usb slots
This ps3 was my daughters so it went from 3.55 ofw to kmeaw 3.55 to rogero 4.21 with no games played on it
so game save data is not an issue.

I went to the tut about resigning to 4.21 but it has some link probs if someone could help me with this issue
i would be greatly appreciated. THANKS ALOT.
By the way i have a disc in my drive.

Go to Saved game Data on the XMB and delete the Batman Arkham City file, then restart the game from multiman and update through multiman or start the game & update the game when prompted, once the game data has been installed, restart multiman make sure you have BD mirror & external enabled & have an original game disk in your drive, hope this works
