Play backups from win/osx

Is it possible to play backups from within osx or win on your ps3 and if so can someone explain what is needed

I'm not sure if it's possible to play within OSX, but it's definitely possible to win on your PS3. I win all the time on Mortal Kombat. It's just hard to explain what is needed. I suppose it just takes lots of practice. Keep at it, and I'm sure you'll eventually win.

I think its not possible to emulate a ps3 under windows or osx, but u can multiboot gameos & linux, u can run a dosbox under gameos (perhaps also win3.11

)
Under linux u can use VM 2 load anything else.
And last but not least u can stream your games from ur PC to your PS3 over network via multiman.

That's exactly what I'm after, should of explained more clearly. I want to be able to use windows or osx as a ext Hdd and stream game to ps3. I'm not sure how to do it within multiman. Or correctly setup from within win/osx
