Patch TB Deus Ex Paradox Installation

Hello

I hope to be in the correct section
I have the patch TB Paradox for the Deus Ex game, but i don't know how to use it.
I've extract the file and i have two files named "pdx-dehr.001 and pdx-dehr.002".

The problem is that i don't know what to do

Someone can help me ?

.001 files are usually RARs, try opening it in winrar (it will automatically open .002, 003, etc as part of 001. so if 001 is 10meg, 002 is 10meg and 003 is 5meg you will see 25meg worth of files by opening 001 in winrar)
I hope that makes sense, I'm sure I could of put it more concisely
