No Saves in /savedata/
No Saves in /savedata/ –

Not sure if this is the right section, but here goes.
I'm trying to copy my save games from my 3.55cfw fat ps3 to my 4.21ofw skinny ps3. Now normally this would just be sticking in a jump drive and hitting copy, but I'm trying to get my NCAA football saves and they are, of course, locked. So stupid. So I know I have to get them off the old ps3 to a PC to unlock them and then jump drive them back onto the new ps3. Still would not be all too hard of a task since it's runnin cfw. BUT, for some reason, when I navigate to my /savedata/ folder through multiman's file manager or ftp, or GAIA's ftp there is nothing inside the savedata folder, except another folder named vmc which is also empty and I can find no reference to anywhere else. Also, I KNOW the files are on the ps3 somewhere because I can still view them through the XMB.
Now I've been able to get to /savedata/ before through ftp but only got my madden saves and forgot about my NCAA saves. The part that doesn't make any sense is that I haven't changed ANYTHING in the process since then. Same computer, same versions of both file managers, even same ftp client.
Any help you guys can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

/dev_hdd0/home/00000001/savedata
and / or
/dev_hdd0/home/00000004/savedata
the "0000000X" folders seem to define the different accounts (users) on the PS3.

Yeah I finally found it after I wrote that and promptly went to bed. I'm having troubles with the FTP now. Multiman decided to not LIST any directories now and GAIA crashes everytime I start a transfer over like 2k. Any help on this? I know there's different things you hafta set up in your FTP client but I can't find an outline of what to and what not to have enabled.
