    found a psn copy. Shame the save file doesn't transfer over, I'll just suck it up and use the disc.

    You can actually transfer the save files if you trick the system a bit.
    First of all you run the psn version and do a save. Then you can quit the game and enter some sort of a file manager or ftp program.

    "> create early save with converted psn ninokuni
    > move/copy content "/dev_hdd0/home/00000001/savedata/BLES01555_00001" to "/dev_hdd0/home/00000001/savedata/BLUS30947_00001" [you can overwrite it]
    > play the converted psn game ,load,then save"

    But the cd-version will in the end be even better =)

    Thanks for the info, trick worked like a charm. Now I don't need a disc which is godlike because I am too lazy to get up and change discs.
