Who knows? You've said nothing about what your set up is or what you're doing to try to get it to work. You might have well have asked "Why does my foot itch?"

im on rogero 4.30 v2
and my naruto is downloaded
while installing its only at 0%
hdd not blinking

how are you trying to install the game??
