HMV UK cancelled my FFXIII-2 Crystal Edition Pre-Order

So the moment I found out about FFXIII-2's crystal edition, I searched everywhere for a place to pre order that would ship overseas to Canada. I read online, HMV (.)com does ship overseas, so i pre ordered from there.

I get an email just now (about 1 week before release in the UK) that my order has been cancelled due to low production and limited supply. I pre ordered this a few months ago so i am not sure a) why my order was cancelled when there seemed to be lots of copies left when I ordered mine and b)why they would notify me so late...

I dont know if I stand a chance of getting another crystal edition from somewhere else i.e. GAME and do they even ship overseas?.. or maybe Play Asia.... but does anyone know if this has happened to them or someone they know?

I'm VERy angry about this and I sent an email back to customer service asking for an explanation other that "no supply" b/c of when i ordered it... to me thats bs.

sound like you should have ordered from a trusted site. looks like you got ripped off and they were never planning on sending you the game lol. next go to gamestop or walmart and preorder from their sites
