GTA IV not working with 1.06 update on Rogero v2.03

Hello friends, I can't get the updated game to work with this firmware. It freezes while installing game data to HDD. If I don't install the update, it installs game data and runs fine. I'm running the game from internal with Hermes payload and BD-Mirror checked. Is there a solution for this?

Solution:

It worked with this configuration:

- Internal
- multiMAN v04.16.00 with Hermes payload (maybe Standard works too, I didn't test that)
- This TrueAncestor configuration:

Resign the 1.06 update's EBOOT.BIN with this configuration and repack the PKG. That's it.

By the way, I used the update with trainer from here --> http://psx-scene.com/forums/f276/[re...3-xbox-105918/, but normal update should work too.

Try installing the game first and update it later..

Perhaps try Evil B's Package signed for 4.21/4.30 and it contains the 106 update. You do not have to use the script mods and it has been tested and working.

That didn't work either. I'll try to resign the update for 4.XX, maybe that'll work.

My ps3 is running rogero 4.30 v2.03 and when I load any of the 3 games from complete edition (BLES01128) it starts looping in the entry images. I have already tried running the game from internal and external. Do you know if that solution works with the gta iv complete edition?
