F1 2012 VIP Pass

Duplex's F1 2012 release was messed up. It was the EU version but it created a US version install and save file and their VIP Pass works on their messed up release only.

So here's a proper VIP Pass that works with opoisso893's update v1.03 (EU) and v1.02 (US) eboot patches.
