C'mon, you have to learned that ages before...
You have to Spoof your CFW to higher FW...
That what spoofer does, that what created for...
Are you trying to run original (Dirt3) disc or using other disc for Dirt3?
Did you updated your Multiman?
Because Select+X is too old (but still is a shortcut), just try the pressing /\ Triangle button, then click the "Permissions" tab.
Also, "is your Dirt3 is TB infected?"
If so, you need the original game files.
If you don't know which files is, just download TB patch and look into it.
Then find the original ones.
I'm not sure why your telling him this? Spoofing won't help at all.You have to Spoof your CFW to higher FW...
Have you tried reaplying the patch, mainly param.sfo. Also try deleting the pup file in the update folder.
I think you can only play Dirt3 from an external drive.
sorry, many people have said that spoofing is not needed (made a thread in another sub forum) so i haven't done that.
i am running another disc for dirt3
multiman base is newest
selectX/bdemu is same thing right?
the original files: why does the TB infected patches overwrite the original game files if i need the originals?
Little late, but I see that the issue was that the loose file "param.sfo" in this game data fix was not edited for a lower FW, instead it was still on 3.60 FW. And since this was a file to replace a game data file, multiMAN will not be able to automatically change the firmware info on this file--so you have to do it yourself before you upload it, or else all kinds of hell breaks lose on your PS3 -- lol
So always make sure to open the loose file "param.sfo" in these game data fixes to see if the uploader made this edit correctly or not. I think sometimes they are so eager to release a fix, that they don't double-check their work.![]()

Wow why are we late replying? lol But since we are I would like to add that yes spoof would work ( if PARAM was proper) but the correct way to fix problem would be to "Restore Database" in "Recovery" mode
