Cant play original discs?

I have just installed rogero's 3.55 proof of concept cfw . Most of my backups on internal work fine either using rogero manager or multiman, yet I cannot get any original game discs to load without getting an 80010017 failed to run bluray disc error same error trying to run LA Noir from internal. Does anyone have any ideas please

Sounds like you are trying to play 3.55+ games. I know with L.A. Noire you need an official patch that was signed using the 3.55 keys. What are the other games you are trying to play and what is the complete error code?

la noire you can patch yourself with the new keys a game which i have just started to play again actually with all the extra dlc this time round but i also agree with indirect76 if you let us know what the other games you are getting the error for we can help you out.

I have downloaded the patch for LA Noir using the update option in multiman, the game disc i'm trying to run (its happening with all games and they are all rather old pre 2010) The Simpsons, Uncharted 1 etc.

The error is 80010017, which I thought was a bluray laser problem but all my bluray movies work fine. The error code is failed to authorise bluray disc which is strange as the other backups from internal are all using the BDEMU to run. I am wondering if it is anything to do with the 3.60 keys in the firmware, but The simpsons game is so old it surely wouldnt need 3.60 keys would it?
