Been MIA awhile, confused...can i play skyrim now without True Blue ?

I've been out of the loop for a long time can anyone tell me if they finally fixed it so we didn't need True Blue anymore to play Skyrim ? If so great job guys and how would i go about upgrading my files so i can do this ? Thanks for all your help in advance. My last update was adding PSX games to Multiman

So, I've since go on to update to MM 4.05.00 FULL and used BLE01329 pkg file and when i put in my original copy of Skyrim and i also have an HDD copy i get an error 800****** message every time, am i missing anything else ? running kmeaw 3.55
