Assassin's Creed 3.. is it just me? (spoiler)

i'm playin duplex release with 1.01 update and dlc unlocker.. and i guess i'm having something like bad script.. is it just me?
starting from beginning of seq 3-1 when haytam about to jump of the cliff with ziio, her profile shows up as (updated).. alright.. probably a bug..
seq 5-1 after killing the cougar, hunting society challange suddenly popped up.. is it normal? i thought a bloke should come and offer connor to join the club.. but no bloke.. just challange suddenly popped up
and in seq 6-1 after saving the guy, liberation mission suddenly popped up when they suppose to active after 6-3... and that's where i stop playing the game..
is it just me? or probably i have a bad rip? or all the same for everyone?

I've got the US version dumped from original disc and I've noticed quite a few bugs so far. I haven't played much. I just got to America and met Ben Franklin for the first time. I have noticed there are some places where it seems to jump out of place and in the cutscenes the characters' mouths don't move sometimes with the spoken words

dont worry, everything is normal, this game is buggy as hell, even with the 1.01 update. I think ubisoft is going to release a new patch for ps3.

i finished the game, and found a lot of bugs, some of them in the middle of a mission, where i would have to restart the memory in order to cplete it, as the character was stuck between an NPC and a wall, or sometimes i could draw my weapons, etc.

yeh i've noticed alot of bugs and i'm not that far into the game. on the mission to free the slaves i got half way down the path and turned slightly and haytam seemed to be stuck just jittering. games as buggy as hell but its the usual crap for the ac games, more patches to follow i suspect
