I'm trying to get MW3 working. i have SEN enabler working already on Kmaew. I have checked my version and it is 30838.I updated the game first with 119,then 120,121,122 and finally 123 I have copied the files over using Muliman. Now when I try to run the game it restarts my PS3 and gives me error 80010017.

I have tried before to get this game working on the 122 NoDRM fix without any luck.I cant for the life of me remember if I changed anything while trying.

    Am I doing something wrong?

did you apply the patch under your game folder(where game data is saved) or did you do it under your game directory?

sorry didnt see your trying 1.22 there is a 1.23 fix at scenefiles.

I'm having a similar issue with a N0DRM Eboot for Galgun. I get the 80010017 error even though the files were replaced. Not sure what's up with your issue.

I have the game installed on my external hard drive.

It seems I copied the files to hdd01/game/BLUxxxxx and experienced the problem I mentioned in opening post.
So I just tried copying the files to usb001/GAMEZ/BLUxxxxx and now get unsupported game data message.

Which location should I be copying to and what should I do about the other location now(as now both locations have the files there)?

    Thanks

So I copied the original files back to usb001/GAMEZ
then I deleted the updates from game data utility
next I installed the 5 updates again 119-123
then copied the nodrm files to hddo/game
    then loaded games in multiman
I am now back to being 80010017 again

    help!

As far as I'm reading this, you're not copying it correctly.

You have to do it this way, as I was playing MW3 just a bit ago online.

First: Backup the original game, use the 1.00 eboot fix in the backup directory. (/dev_*drive*/GAMES/*GAMEDIR*/)

Second: Download ALL updates from Brewology. Copy them to your ps3 and name them in their order. (mw3-1.01 etc)

Third: Download ALL eboot fixes for each patch, put them in a dir on your pc.

Fourth: From the XMB menu, install the first MW3 update.

Fifth: Once installed, load up Multiman, connect to your PS3 via FTP, proceed to copy the fix for that patch into /dev_hdd0/game/*GAMEID*/

Rinse and repeat until all patches are fixed.
