PS3 blu ray hotswap

Hey psx scene heres the deal i have 2 blueray drives and i want to hotswap them. one is 256mb nand and the other is 16mb nor i have swapped the nand onto the nor logic board but it still refuses to read disks. Is there another chip i need to swap or do i have to use the method made by the super fantastico team in order to do this.

I would really rather swap hard ware because software stuff gets on my nervs.

problem solved! all that has to be done is the one beep on off with the ps3 it reflashes the rom and ure good to go oh and you should probably shut off and unplug and then start it up
