PS2 SCPH-79004 startup problem! HELP

Hallo i've searched the forum for a solution but cant find a similar problem...

i have a PS2 SCPH-79004 it's v16 i think.. the Motherboard is gh-061-51 my problem is that my ps2 worked normaly i turned the console off one night and the other day when i turned it on i got a black screen, no sound, no power up logo, disc wont spin and the fan is not turning on..
when i plug in the power supply the red light comes i press the power button it turns into green, my TV change from standard channel example: 34 to AV and a black screen appears..


i cheked every fuse i saw with the text (PS) on the Motherboard (maybe there are more of them, but i couldn't find a diagram for my motherboard wich shows me the locations) and every fuse i could find was OK.

so here is everything summarized.

everythig i Tried:

1. Other power supply [problem is still there (X)]
2. Other A/V cable (X)
3. Checked the fuses on the Motherboard (X)
4. Checked Motherboard for visible damage (X)

How my PS2 behaves:

1. when i press the power button red light turns into green and i cant turn the PS2 of via the power button it stays green no matter how long i hold the button. the only sollution to turn it off is to pull out the power jack.
2. No Power on Logo on the screen.
3. No sound playing
4. Black screen
5. Fan is not turning on
6. Disc doesn't spin

i have a other console that is soft-modded, but this one (↑) never had been modded at all..
so if anyone could help me or anyone had a similar problem, please give me some advice!

no i haven't but if my other console works Normal with the powersupply why this one shouldn't?
