After researching a little I found two options which are hard to find - and worst of it: They don't fit on newer slims back side, like my SCPH-90006... AFAIK they fit on slimline only up to the SCPH-7xxxx series... :-(...

Joytech 8" Digital LCD Monitor for PStwo (Joytech 8" Digital LCD Monitor for PStwo - IGN) - Screen resolution of 640 x 480
    PL-626 PS2 7" Game Glass TFT-LCD monitor for PStwo (Pelican GameGlass - IGN) - Screen resolution of 480 x 234

Could someone give some idea or light?

PS: I found this item...Does someone own it?
8 inch LCD Analog TV Receiver PC/CCTV/Ypbpr Monitor (eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices)

Saturday I bought an used SCPH-79001 for approx. 90 bucks, and yesterday I got a brand new Pelican Game Glass for just 25 USD. Right after I went to a PS2 assistance where the technician had to made by hand two holes on back side of my SCPH-79001 console - the Game Glass connects perfectly in 8,5 DC output, but there aren't the holes in back side - I saw many slimlines consoles yesterday and I notice the holes only on SCPH-700xx series). I've quickly tested GT4 on it, which works well, and given its resolution limitations (480x234), that's suffices for me at least for while... Now I'm waiting for the opportunity to get a Joytech unit (better rez: 640x480) by a reasonable price...

Four months ago I bought a faulty PS2 Joytech 8' inch Digital LCD Screen Slimline Monitor from an eBay international seller by 16 GBP (9 item + 7 shipping & handling), i.e. approximately 25 USD.
I was aware about its faulty condition I decided to take the risk to import and fix it as soon it arrives, since a new one is very rare to buy and even the used ones on working condition are pretty expensive.
Well, this item tooks me ages to arrive (it wasn't seller fault...Due to customs mistake it gone to the wrong address), but... Finally arrived.
I tried to fix it myself by opening the Joytech unit, but without sucess. Then I leave it with a trustful electronics technician (it is a very scarce kind of professional nowadays), which heard my report about malfuncioning, and fixed it after detecting that DC inverter sent a little spark in a PCB component frying this latter one. So he hust changed the mal-funcioning component by a new one via soldering and "voilá"... Problem solved by 50 USD.
Total cost of my now fully working PS2 Joytech 8' inch Digital LCD Screen Slimline Monitor = 75 USD :-D
