No, you need a E3 flasher or progskeet, and a system that shipped with firmware 3.55 or less. The PS3 break is obsolete and pretty much useless.
when you go to downgrade, after you have patched your firmware and flashed it back to the console, you gotta enter FSM WITH A FSM DONGLE. YOU CANNOT LAUNCH APPS ON 3.56 +, IN OTHER WORDS YOU ARE GOING TO NEED THE DONGLE, DO NOT GET RID OF IT.
after you dump and patched your firmware and flashed it back to the ps3 with progskeet or E3 flasher, you get into FSM with the dongle then you put rogero v2 and lvdiag on root of a usb thumb drive, then you install rogero v2 while your in FSM, then you reFSM 3.55 OFW to reset hash checks to 3.55 instead of 3.56+.
so what ever you do, dont get rid of the dongle.
