About LinkBacksHi there, Ive had my trueblue for a while, but only used it like 4-5times, but most to every time I go to use my dongle, it flashes red, or just doesnt register. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.
should i, and if can i return the product as a dud?
This is such an a annoyance!
just want to play a game by turning my ps3 on and not having to hope about 'will it turn green or will it stop flashing'!
EDIT!: Just spoke to them, after 4-5months they are honouring their returns and accepting an exchange!
so if you need to return a faulty item, get in contact!
