Can I change Naruto Ultimate Generations Language??

Hey... I'm new to PS3 and The Dongle and other stuff, and i have Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations in JAP version, and i'm totally not understand with the Game Modes and the Language. Can I change it to USA Version without a New Game??? And if I can, how???
