Depend of format/profile used in encoding/resolution.
Sometimes work lika a charm sometimes unplayable.
Still great console and can't watch all 1080p movies without transcoding or streaming

Why? I have the same problem, this program is no good for me, sorry for that but i don't want to have problem with my ps3....

I do encountered the same problem when I watch RMVB format. The subtitle does not able to catch up the stream movie, it is lagging...Hope for the improvement in next release...
