I need you to answer these questions before I can help you properly:
1. What's your console's model?
2. What's the brand and model of your USB disk?
3. Did you defragment your games/disk totally before attempting to launch the games with PS2ESDL?
4. What is name of the disk defragmentation software that you use?
5. Did you set the disc type correctly when installing your games?
6. What's that game's name and disc ID?
Please take note that the games on your disc must exist as contiguous files, and file fragmentation is absolutely not tolerated by PS2ESDL.
Even a little file fragmentation could mean that your game won't work.

it start getting better here.... keep it up man...!!![]()

How fast is this "fast"?
----
Today, I've lost my entire external HDD (Dropped it) along with USBAdvance and all compiled PS2ESDL builds (From the very first working one to v0.800 OB) so I can't test this game with USBAdvance.
BTW I had managed to get this game to run - with debugging enabled.
It seems to keep spamming lines like this once it freezes:
"padman: *** VBLANK OVERLAP ***"
The game does run if I slow down the PS2 by enabling more debugging messages... (A classic form of a fault caused by a race condition) ...
I think that that's probably because the USBHDFSD driver used by those software doesn't support cluster sizes that are greater than 4K.I formatted my Flash drives with 4096 bytes per sector, i tried lesser and it works. I tried 8192 bytes per sector and all my elf programs (like FMCB,uLE,OPL) does not recognize my Flash Drive as if it was empty and 0KB in size.

@Raz45,
Maybe Auslogics Disk Defrag could solve your BSOD problem, it is faster and better than Windows Disk Defrag, since it has a per-file defragmentation feature very useful for USB users like me, always avoiding fragmented files.
Please take in account that this tool never disappointed/failed to me over more than 30 games I have installed on my SAMSUNG SATA 2.5" HDD enclosured in a USB CASE. This method has been tested with OPL, but it should work for PS2ESDL too.
Good luck!
BR,
