    No problem.
    PS2ESDL was built using an older design of my PS2 programming habits, so it only supports controller port 1.

    All my newer software support both ports, so PS2ESDL is due for an upgrade in this area.

    Unfortunately, I think that I might have found a critical (stack corruption) problem with PS2ESDL's CDVDMAN drivers, so I'll be freezing any releases until I can prove that it's not faulty....
    Unmodified SCPH-77006 with SM 3.6
    SCPH-39006 with M-chip modchip, SCPH-10281 NA and refurb Seagate 80GB HDD
    SCPH-10000 v1.00 with SCPH-10190 PCMCIA NA and SCPH-20400 HDD unit
    PS2ESDL v0.823B

    Do you plan on adding a VMC feature in future releases?

    Thanks for this loader btw, I started using it yesterday and it has worked with all my opl compatible games so far.

    Glad to hear that it works for you.

    VMC support might be added in the future, but I might use a different system from the one OPL has.

    I'll make a tentative version, just so everybody can experience the new features without the new EE core (And the problems PS2ESDL's CDVDMAN has with it).

    For doctorxyz, you said at page 40 of this thread: "EyeToy Kinetic Combat works" with PS2ESDL.
    Can you please elaborate how? Over firewire? or usb? any cashe size? You used unhook syscale? what game format? it matters in witch usb port is plugged the eyetoy?
    I cant get it to work the PAL version of EyeToy Kinetic Combat - Sces_541.48

    Most people here use USB device support - so doctorxyz probably used a USB device.

    Try unplugging and re-connecting your eyetoy after launching the game.

    I didnt had free time to try.

    So finally, I tried usb in any ports, unplugging/reconecting eyetoy, or starting without it and connecting it when game asks for it.
    The game loads, but in the background is a blue image, where it should be the image from eyetoy.
    I can go through the menu using the controller.

    I have a modbo chip, could that be the problem?

    I use PS2ESDL with USB support.
    It's hard to find time to make the proper testing.
    Anyway all I can say for now is that EyeToy Kinetic Combat SCES_541.48 works with OPL both SMB and USB devices with UL format; and it doesn't work with PS2ESDL USB device with UL format. The last test I'll repeat for helping you is with PS2ESDL own format. Please be patient, I'll give feedback soon.

    Last I'd read, there was a big incompatibility with certain EyeToy drivers and OPL/PS2ESDL that, IIRC, was related to IOP RAM usage but that only came into play when actually trying to use an EyeToy (as affected games didn't load the IRX unless an Eyetoy was actually connected). Has that changed?
