The procedure is the same as for OPL.

Firstly, create 2 folders on your USB disk: "CD" and "DVD" (Without the quotes).
Next, place your MODE 1/2048 ISO9660 disc images into their respective folders (CD-ROM games go into the CD folder, and DVD games go into the DVD folder).
Finally, launch PS2ESDL and enjoy your games.

The disc images have to be named in this format or they will not be listed properly (Or they might not be even listed at all): <Disc ID>.<Title>.iso

Examples:
SLPM_655.93.Beatmania 7th Mix.iso
SLPM_657.49.ZOIDS - Infinity Fuzors.iso

Note:

The disc ID of the discs MUST be correct or you will get game boot failures.
Game compatibility seems to be slightly worse with ISO9660 disc images.
It seems like there is a bug in PS2ESDL v0.821 that causes the ISO9660 disc image games to not be displayed when there is only one game. The workaround reported was to have at least 2 games installed.
Your games must still be totally defragmented.
