hiya folks, been a member for a bit over a month or so now, just trying to track down a user here atm because I cant PM yet for some reason. so anyway...
ScoobyDoo, I created a new PS2-OPL Naruto skin based on your excellent "VMCE 3D V2". I really enjoyed making this I altered/changed every file, only one I didn't do much to was your conf_theme file (works great for me, thanks!) I only changed the top line to read as "# VMCE 3D V2 by ScoobyDoo - Modified by azthegreat"
I assume this gives enough credit towards you hopefully? I was hoping to use what I learnt as a basis to teach others how to modify YOUR particular file to make their own custom-OPL skins, so I would also be providing a tutorial-pack with your VMCE 3D V2, my Naruto version, and instructions on how I performed this D-I-Y job
I would of course encourage others to also just edit their conf_theme file similar to mine, e.g. "# VMCE 3D V2 by ScoobyDoo - Modified by (INSERT NAME HERE)".
I basically just felt that I at least had to try and get in contact with you, but as credit is given I can't assume you would have any problem with this?
p.s. here's a demo of my pack, the jpeg-tutorial is too scrambled for my liking, and I used a bad font, so will probably have to re-do that part
both your VMCE 3D V2 and my Naruto Version,
+ 140x200 blank cover for custom cover-art
+ 64x64 for underlayering the apps/usb/etc icons
+ my dodgy jpeg-tutorial.
mind you, if that tutorial makes sense, then I'll probably just leave it for now as I'm lazy

awesome ScoobyDoo, thanks for the confirmation, I thought I was on the right track but as some people get really p-o'd when you use their work, I figured it was better to ask
